Sub-Zero

It must be getting pretty frosty in the White House these days:

President Bush's job-approval rating has hit an all-time low in New York, with just 29 percent of the state's voters giving him favorable marks, a statewide poll reported yesterday.

Sixty-seven percent of those in the Quinnipiac poll disapproved of how he was handling his job.
Granted, Bush has never been very popular in New York, so this isn't as shocking as it would be if these numbers were replicated nationwide. But still, as recently as December 2004, his approval rating was at a comparably balmy 39 percent in New York according to Quinnipiac.
