Ouch, It Burns!
It's official (sort of?). The Associated Press is reporting that the Montana race has been called, and Jon Tester (D) is the winner over Conrad Burns (R)! That means that at the very least, we're looking at a 50-50 split in the Senate. Even then, the Democrats would only be denied a 51- 49 majority if a possible Virginia recount goes against Webb - who is the leader at the moment. This could get very, very interesting. By the way, today rocks.
